EBCC BARREL AGED BEERS

GIN BARREL AGED BELGIAN GOLDEN
$2–2 oz. / $3.75–4 oz. / $7.5–8 oz.
We aged two different saisons and one tripel in three different Copperworks Gin barrels, then blended them back together. The saisons provide citrus and spice while the tripel provides a stronger alcohol and malt backbone as well as some fruit aromas. Add that to the strong aromatic qualities provided by the Copperworks Gin of juniper, lemon, and anise. Barrel Info: Copperworks Gin Time in Barrels: up to 12 Months | ABV: ~6.5%
BOURBON BARREL PUMPKIN PORTER
$1.5–2 oz. / $2.75–4 oz. / $5.5–8 oz.
We had some extra pumpkin meat last year, so we decided to make a batch of Imperial Porter with the extra pumpkin, vanilla beans, and cinnamon. Then we aged the beer on cocoa husks. The entire batch was then aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for six months.
WESTLAND BARREL-AGED SOUR PORTER
$1.50–2 oz. / $2.75–4 oz. / $5.5–8 oz.
Our robust porter took a turn away from ordinary when we introduced it to Seattle’s own Westland Flagship and Peated Whiskey barrels. During that time a sour cherry flavor developed that paired well with the rich chocolate, vanilla, smoky, and oak flavors of the base porter and the different whiskey barrels Barrel Info: Westland Flagship and Peated Whiskey (Seattle, WA) Time in Barrel: 18 Months | ABV: ~7.5%
BREWERS' BLEND #4
$2–2 oz. / $3.75–4 oz. / $7.5–8 oz.
In our ever-continuing series of Brewers’ Blends, this beer came into being from four different beers. The predecessor, Blend #3, was blended into our whiskey barrel aged porter, stout, and imperial stout. The sour cherry, dark chocolate, charred wood, and bourbon notes are the highlights. Barrel Info: Heaven Hill Bourbon (Bardstown, KY) Time in Barrel: 11-12 Months | ABV: ~8.8%
